Email us or complete our contact form with your product reference number(s) and quantity required and we will be in touch regarding your order and payment and delivery.

When to Order Please allow us as much advanced notice as possible, particularly where items are to be hand made or customized. (We suggest at least 10 weeks). Substitutions Whilst all effort will be made to fill orders, similar items may be substituted when items are unavailable. Rush Orders We will endeavor to fill late orders. An additional charge will be made for late orders, depending on the size and timing of the order. This charge will be quoted at time of order. |
Payment and delivery
Order Deposit and Payment
A 50% deposit is required at time of order. A 75% deposit is required for customized items at time of order. Orders need to be confirmed by E-mail with purchase order number. Balance due upon delivery. Delivery Charge Delivery charges are included within the pricing. These are based on the economy’s of scale of large orders, however, for very small orders (less than 24 selections or small individual items), there will be an additional delivery charge which will be quoted at time of order. International Shipping Please note we are unable to ship any alcoholic beverages internationally. Local deliveries only. Cancellations The deposit will be withheld in the event of a cancelation. Full payment will be required for any customized products. Items can be shipped in the event of the conference not taking place in Bermuda. (You will be liable for shipping). |
